Still going strong!

So its been more than a month since I started Atkins and I’m still going strong! It really hasn’t been that hard. My only down fall is not working out like I want to. But at least I can say my eating is still on the right path. I don’t know exactly how much weight I’ve lost because I still havent bought a scale but my clothes are fitting even more loose so that tells me something good is going on. Yay me!! : )

Broken Scale

Okay so my scale broke!! I thought it needed a new battery so I replaced it and still not working so I haven’t weighed myself in 2 days which is weird for me since I weigh everyday. I’ve got to say it feels good to not weigh myself everyday but instead base my loss on how loose my clothes fit.  Will I get a new scale…hmmm…we’ll see!! ; )

4 Weeks!

Okay so today is officially 4 weeks on my diet. I really don’t like calling it a diet though cause its supposed to be a change in my life style eating so yeah, we’ll call it that. Im so proud of myself for losing a total of 14 pounds!!! I didn’t think I would lose that much in a month’s time, I know most was water weight but still it feels great to see a lower number on the scale. I can proudly say I weigh less now than I did when I first got pregnant!!! So starting tomorrow my month of January goal is to hopefully lose another 8-10 pounds, I know that is going to be very difficult  but if I start jogging every other day I think that will help, we shall see. On to a new month tomorrow, and a new year!!! : )

Another Day!

So I weighed myself this morning and the scale read: 142! Wow..going down! I didn’t do as good as I wanted to today, I didn’t drink my water, but I did workout a bit so at least I did something on my goal list.  I’ve also noticed I lose more weight when I don’t eat anything past 7:00 p.m. so I just had dinner and no more eating for me for the day. All in all I’m feeling good and can’t wait to to leave the 140’s behind and see the scale in the 130’s!!!! : )

WEDNESDAY MARKS 4 WEEKS!

SO THIS COMING WED, WILL MARK 4 WEEKS ON MY LOW CARB EATING. I STARTED AT 156 *OMG* AND AS OF THIS MORNING IM AT 145!!! I WANTED TO LOSE 10 PDS. A MONTH SO FAR SO GOOD! I HAVE SET NEW GOALS FOR THIS COMING WEEK…

1. DRINK A GALLON OF H2O A DAY!

2. WORKKOUT 30 MIN EVERY OTHER DAY!

3. TAKE MY VITAMINS DAILY!

4. WEIGH 143 POUNDS BY SUNDAY!

HOPE I ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS!
